Product texturing for ecommerce and configurators

Seven Studio provides commissioned 3D texturing services for brands that need their digital products to represent real materials. We recreate fabrics, wood, metals, glass and other finishes from references and apply them to your 3D assets.

Our work combines custom material creation, PBR texture maps, UV mapping and optimization for web and real-time visualization. For configurable products, we prepare material variants so the same model can display different finishes.

What Our Texturing Services Include

🎨

Custom Materials

Bespoke material creation tailored to your specific requirements.

🏗️

PBR Texturing

Physically Based Rendering materials for maximum realism.

📐

UV Mapping

Precise texture coordinate mapping for seamless application.

⚡

Optimization

Performance-optimized textures for real-time applications.

From product references to finished materials

What to share with us

Send your existing 3D models or CAD-derived assets, product photographs, material references and brand specifications. Include the finishes or fabric variants you need, the target platform and any file-size requirements.

We review the geometry and UV layout before quoting. If you need a model created first, our 3D product modeling service can prepare the asset for texturing.

What we deliver

A PBR texture set and materials applied to your product model, with UV work where needed. Maps can include base colour, roughness, metallic and normal, with additional maps agreed for the material and renderer.

We agree texture resolution, material variants and export formats during scoping. Deliverables can include GLB/glTF for web configurators or USDZ for Apple Quick Look, with textures optimized for the target environment.

Review, implementation and QA

  1. Review the source. Check the model, references, material options and platform requirements to agree the scope.
  2. Recreate and apply materials. Build the surface appearance, prepare UVs and implement the texture maps and variants on the asset.
  3. Review and revise. Share previews for feedback on colour, grain, pattern scale and surface finish.
  4. Check and deliver. Review UV seams, map assignments, material consistency and exported appearance against the agreed platform and texture budget.

Planning a texturing project

Can you texture models we already have?

Yes. We inspect supplied models and CAD-derived meshes to identify any UV or geometry preparation needed before material work. That preparation is included in the agreed scope.

Can one product have multiple finishes?

Yes. We create material variants for configurable products, such as different fabrics, wood finishes or metals, and organize them for the target platform. Share the complete variant list when briefing us.

How do I get a quote?

Use the contact page to arrange a consultation. Share a sample model or product references, the number of products and material variants, the intended platform and your delivery timeline so we can scope the work.

Discuss your product texturing project
