Client Responsibilities

Payment Terms

Intellectual Property
Client-Owned Content
Clients retain ownership of their original concepts, designs, and materials provided to Digital Seven Ltd. Corp.
Work Product
Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Digital Seven Ltd. Corp. retains the right to showcase work in portfolios unless confidentiality agreements specify otherwise.
Project Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity
- Client feedback and approval processes may affect delivery schedules
- Revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges
- Files will be delivered in formats specified in the project agreement
Limitation of Liability
Digital Seven Ltd. Corp.'s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from our services.
Confidentiality
We maintain confidentiality of client information and project details. Non-disclosure agreements can be executed for sensitive projects upon request.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Clients remain responsible for payment of completed work and any non-refundable expenses incurred.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If necessary, binding arbitration will be conducted under Philippine law.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
